This group is the real deal – Cecil and his guys really know what they are going. They did a rather complicated panel upgrade and relocation/rewiring project for us as well as a circuit addition for our laundry room. BEST exceeded our expectations on every front! The job turned out to be an enormous grueling effort over the course of two 12-hour days (a very old house that was long overdue for an electrical upgrade), and the whole team was extremely thorough, professional, and courteous the entire time. Cecil was also very proactive in pushing for permitting from the city, organizing inspections, establishing temporary power, and generally making the whole experience as painless as possible for us. He was also very honest and up-front with quotes as well and kept to it even when things turned out more difficult. A few minor things went wrong (as expected from a job of this scale) but they did everything in their power to make things right even after I had paid (for example coming back to fix up some minor drywall damage they missed and offering to pay for a hotel when the job progress left us briefly without power). Overall, a 10/10 experience.

My guy has added all my TV’s to both of my properties along with both of my Tesla chargers. Never tried to upswell anything outside of what you need. Super professional and the best of the best! I recommended him to my colleagues who bought homes in magnolia and Bellevue and he didn’t disappoint anybody.

I’ve found my new electricians!!! All aspects of working with BEST was great. During the initial estimate the owner didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need but instead made thoughtful recommendations like changing some of my outlets to usb outlets. During the final walkthrough the crew was as excited as I was to see everything upgraded, consistent and shining bright (which I can control with dimmer switches lol). The crew worked hard, putting in 12hour days sometime to make sure they completed the project on time. They were super easy to work with too. They accommodated a change I made during the project and a change once everything was finished. They never made me feel like a burden or like I was putting them out. I’m also really proud to support a black owned business. If anyone asks me for an electrician recommendation I’m recommending BEST!

I had the owner Cecil come out to provide a quote for a new electrical service from my main breaker panel to an ADU including adding a new sub panel and all applicable circuits in the ADU. Cecil was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The quote and the scope of work included were a much better value than any of his competitors by far. We’ve used BEST for several projects in our aging mid-century house. They are master troubleshooters and tirelessly committed to doing a project right. We had them adding new recessed lighting and refitting our panel to separate overloaded breakers. They also corrected some former owner DIY projects ensuring everything was to code.
